7-Day Replacement Policy
At iota international, we stand behind every product we make. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Conditions for Return
- Product received in damaged condition (physically damaged packaging or product)
- Product is defective or not functioning as described
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing accessories or components
Non-Eligible Conditions
- Product damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Change of mind returns
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Take clear photos or a video showing the issue with the product.
Step 2: Email us at info@iota.in or WhatsApp at +91 93100 21697 with your Order ID and photos/video.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and arrange for pickup or replacement.
Refund Policy
For prepaid orders where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
Warranty Claims
Products under the 1-year manufacturer's warranty that develop defects will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost. See our Warranty Policy for details.
